Flat World Alpacas
About Flat World Alpacas
Flat World Alpaca Farm is a bit of an anomaly in the midst of the vast wilderness of Canada's northern boreal forest. In the land best known for having the world's largest free roaming herds of bison and the nesting grounds of the endangered whooping cranes, our acreage along with its newest inhabitants, the alpacas, offers a unique peaceful rural lifestyle.
Flat World Alpaca Farm is a small-scale farm but also serves as a means to keep our beautiful dogs, Luna and Cassie occupied. It also provides the owners, Mike Couvrette and Helena Katz, the perfect excuse to maintain a meaningful regime of daily chores. As one would expect with a well managed operation, it comes with its own copious serving of chaotic amusement but also with a healthy dose of delightful and serene moments, which are common while in the company of alpacas. Curious as to what an alpaca and working dog do and share on a hot day? Who Are We
